REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Door Lock Cylinder

NOTE: Inner door sheet metal shown removed for clarity.

Removal and Installation

  1. Raise the door window glass to the full-up position.
  1. Remove the door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05 .
  1. Position the water shield aside.
  1. Remove the bolt and turn the door lock cylinder clockwise one-eighth of a turn.
  1. Disconnect the door lock cylinder actuating rod and remove the door lock cylinder.
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
