Vehicle Communication Module (VCM) and Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) software with appropriate hardware, or equivalent scan tool

Removal
NOTE: The dual mass flywheel normally has up to a total of 14 degrees (6.5 ring gear teeth) maximum rotational freeplay between the primary (bolted to crankshaft) and the secondary mass (clutch disc face).
Remove the bolts and the dual mass flywheel.Installation
NOTE: One of the 8 flywheel holes are offset so the flywheel can only be installed in one position.
Install the dual mass flywheel and the 8 bolts and tighten in sequence shown.
