Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the air cleaner and the air cleaner outlet tube. For additional information, refer to Section 303-12 .
  1. Release the tabs and remove the air cleaner inlet pipe.
  1. Remove the 2 bolts and position the degas bottle aside.
  1. Disconnect the cooling fan motor and shroud electrical connector.
  1. If equipped, remove the transmission cooler tubes bracket bolt.
  1. Remove the bolt, the stud bolt and the cooling fan motor and shroud.
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
