REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Accessory Drive Belt Idler Pulley — 5.0L (4V)

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) intake tube. For additional information, refer to Section 303-12 .
  1. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counter clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.
  1. Remove the bolt and the accessory drive belt idler pulley.

  1. NOTE: For additional information, refer to Accessory Drive in the Description and Operation portion of this section for correct drive belt routing.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
