REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) System Module Tube
Removal
Remove the battery tray. For additional information, refer to
Section 414-01
.
Disconnect the EGR system module tube-to-EGR system module fitting.
Disconnect the EGR system module tube-to-exhaust manifold fitting and remove the tube.
Installation
Install the EGR system module tube and connect the EGR system module tube-to-exhaust manifold fitting.
Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
Connect the EGR system module tube-to-EGR system module fitting.
Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
Install the battery tray. For additional information, refer to
Section 414-01
.
