Vehicle Dynamics Module (VDM)

Removal

NOTICE: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: The Vehicle Dynamics Module (VDM) is mounted to the LH side of the luggage compartment behind the luggage compartment side carpet panel.

4. Discard the specified component. Follow local disposal regulations.
   • To install, tighten new bolt to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
   • Tighten nuts to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. Calibrate the VDM . Connect the scan tool and carry out the Ride Height Calibration routine. Follow the scan tool directions.
