Transmission Fluid Cooler Tubes

Disconnect Tool, Transmission Cooler Line 307-569

Removal

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to Section 100-02 .

2. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Section 414-01 .

6. NOTICE: Use a Jiffy-tite quick disconnect tool.

13. NOTICE: Use a Jiffy-tite quick disconnect tool.

Installation

3. • Tighten to 11 Nm (97 lb-in).

6. • Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

12. • Tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

13. Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Section 414-01 .

14. Fill the transmission with the correct fluid level.
