REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Steering Column Shroud

5 3530A Upper steering column shroud

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the LH scuff plate trim panel and the LH A-pillar lower trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05 .
  1. Remove the steering column opening trim panel. For additional information, refer to the exploded view in Section 501-12 .
  1. Remove the 4 bolts and the steering column opening trim panel reinforcement.

  1. NOTE: Release the upper steering column shroud by carefully pressing the sides inward.

    Remove the 3 lower steering column shroud screws, then separate and remove the upper and lower shrouds.
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
