REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Bumper — Front

3 17E898 Front bumper isolator
4 54310D12 Front bumper isolator pin-type retainer (4 required)

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to Bumper Cover — Front, 3.7L , Bumper Cover — Front, 5.0L or Bumper Cover — Front, GT500 .
  1. Remove the 4 front bumper isolator pin-type retainers and the front bumper lower outer and upper center inner isolators.
  1. Drill out the 6 front bumper spot welds.
  1. Remove the 8 front bumper bolts and the front bumper.

  1. NOTE: Spot welding the bumper is not required for installation.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
